Cookie policy

Information provided under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s Guidelines of 10 June 2021. In case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails. Last updated: 26 September 2026.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites store on visitors’ devices. Similar tools, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage), serve similar purposes. They are either technical, needed for the website to work and allowed without consent, or non-technical (statistics, profiling or marketing), which require prior consent.

Tools used by this website

The Fondazione Gagliardi website only uses technical tools. It does not use profiling, marketing or statistics cookies, nor third-party cookies.

Fonts are hosted on the website itself: no requests are made to Google Fonts. Blog content is downloaded from Google’s servers without cookies (see the Privacy notice).

Statistics and marketing cookies

They are not currently used. Should the Foundation decide to use them in the future, they will be enabled only after your consent through the banner, and this page will be updated with the list of cookies and providers.

Managing your choices

On your first visit a banner lets you accept, reject or customise cookie categories. Closing the banner with the X means no consent is given. Your choice is remembered for 6 months and you can change it at any time:

You can also delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and others). Blocking technical tools may prevent parts of the website from working properly.
